Pilates Core Center is terrific. The classes are excellent, the instructors are very knowledgeable and pay close attention to detail and there is always a very welcoming atmosphere.

I have been attending Pilates Core Center for several years now. All of the instructors are clear, concerned about preventing injuries, and challenging. I have taken Reformer, Mat, and private lessons there as well as some yoga and other classes. The website works well for scheduling and very informative. I have attended other Pilates centers, and none can hold a candle to Pilates Core Center.

So excited to getting back to classes with Sylvia and my classmates. Thanking God for body prayer time.
