Dee Arnold -  Pilates Instructor

I was kicked out of ballet class, but found my grace in Pilates!

Growing up, I was very athletic and was involved in various sports. I was on my township's diving and swim team for several years. But it was at 13 that I encountered my passion for running! In High School, I ran Cross Country and track under the coaching of Carl Lewis' father and I have completed several marathons as well as numerous half marathons and various other races. In 2001 I decided to take the leap into the fitness world and become a Group Exercise Instructor. In 2003 I became a Certified Personal Trainer. I was introduced to Pilates after sustaining various injuries, especially to my back. I am completely convinced that Pilates is the missing link with most people, especially when it comes to rehabbing injuries. I am currently working on my Comprehensive Pilates training through Balanced Body University so that I can take the skills of movement and pass them on to my clients.
